Active Life Rehab, Inc.
About Active Life

Active life has a well established success as a leading rehabilitation company is due to low turn-over among therapists (less than 10% overall). Active life is known for its low use of Traveling therapists (less than 5%) and no use of registry.

Active Life is a member of CAHF and we belong to a number of Assisted Living Networking Groups and are involved in local Assisted Living Associations. We are involved with the Glenner Family as a Donor and as Volunteer help, and have recently become involved with Project Phoenix Rising.

Active Life's primary focus is to ensure that our residents are fully satisfied by the quality of services. We are publishing a quarterly patient satisfaction survey based on surveys collected from patients in our facilities. According to our surveys, approximately 90% of residents treated by an Active Life Rehab Team said that Active Life made a difference in their lives and increased their independence and quality of life.
