Working in the health care industry for over 20 years, I have seen many nurse's assistants and caregivers put their health and career at risk by improperly repositioning, transferring, and ambulating patients. I therefore developed a method for nurse's assistants and caregivers to increase strength, leverage, and safety while decreasing back strain, and chance of sustaining a work related injury. I am now teaching and training these techniques to health care facilities all over the country in order to increase the quality of life for caregivers and residents everywhere.
