Linda, PT, MPH
Director of Clinical Programs & Quality Assurance
Linda graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Physical Therapy. She earned her MPH from the UCLA School of Public Health with an emphasis in Family and International Health. She taught Physical Therapy students in Kenya through the Peace Corps, has volunteered at a rural rehabilitation program in Mexico and coached the Special Olympics ski team for Vista, CA. She specializes in balance and the mind-body connection with a wholistic view of clients and health care. She has worked in all areas of Physical Therapy from pediatrics to geriatrics. Currently, she is creating Clinical Protocols for Active Life Rehab. Her goal is to enhance the programs being offered by Active Life Rehab to make it the standard for quality therapy in California. Linda and her husband love to travel and take their two dogs with them in their RV. She has become interested in dog training and does agility training with her border collie.
Kathi
Director of Medicare Compliance, Billing and HR
Kathi has been working with Robert Santoni, the owner of Active Life Rehab, in prior ventures and has been involved with Active Life Rehab since its inception. An instrumental figure in it's expansion, Kathi started as an Office Manager and now serves as the Director of Administration and Human Resources for the entire company. Kathi has over 30 years of management experience and 15 years of medical billing experience. Her expertise is in Medicare billing, and she has been instrumental in computerizing the billing process. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Kathi is married with two grown sons, enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Andrea, DPT
Director of Rehabilitation, Escondido
Andrea is originally from Bethesda Maryland. She received her bachelors degree in in Physiology from the University of Arizona in 1998. She returned to Maryland to pursue her Physical Therapy degree. She graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2001 with her Masters in Physical Therapy and continued on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2003. She worked in the Hospital setting as a physical Therapist for 7 years and has worked in the Skilled nursing and assisted living setting with Active Life rehab Inc for 3 years. Andrea is currently the Director of Rehabilitation in Escondido, California. Andrea and her husband Michael moved to San Diego 3 years ago and are the parents of wonderful and very energetic 3 year old twins. In her free time Andrea enjoys playing with her husband and kids, teaching and practicing yoga, pursuing a certification in holistic health counseling and running.

Leona, LPTA
Director of Rehabilitation, Vista
Leona Geraghty was born in Ireland and received her BA degree at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France. She moved to California and began her career as a PTA working at a nursing home in Orange County. Leona tested the waters in outpatient rehab for awhile, however, she quickly realized that her heart was in geriatrics. Leona has 19 years of experience and became a Rehab Director for Active Life in 2006. She is married with 2 wonderful children, a girl and a boy. Her interests are in reading and traveling, when she has the time. She also enjoys spending time with her new puppy Jake.

Audrey, COTA

Audrey is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, where she also graduated from Meramec Community College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. Upon receiving her degree, Audrey worked as a Lead COTA in sub-acute and skilled nursing facilities, gaining strong experience in Psych and Alzheimer/Dementia setting. Audrey became PPS Certified in 1998 and served as a Director of Rehab upon her transfer to San Diego. With Active Live Rehab, Audrey has developed the program for Assisted Living and set the ground for the company's expansion to Riverside and Orange County. She is very involved in the COTA school programs in San Diego, participating in guest lecturing and supervision of COTA students. Audrey is a proud single mom of two sons who are both very active in hockey.
Diana, PTA

Diana is originally from the Philippines, and moved to Southern California when she was 5. Relocating from the small town of Palmdale, she attended San Diego State University to receive her Bachelor degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy, along with a minor in Psychology. She then attended San Diego Mesa College to receive her Associate degree in Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Diana started her career as a PTA with Active Life Rehab in September 2010. By enduring challenges through hard work and with her dedication to the geriatric population, she is currently the Director of Rehabilitation in Carlsbad. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, along with her 2-year old puppy, Bubba.

Kevin was born and raised in Connecticut, moved to San Diego in 1989, and graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from San Diego State University in 1995. Kevin has 20 years of accounting and finance experience in multiple industries. Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and their Beagle, Buddy, as well as rooting on his San Diego State Aztecs.

Brian was born and raised in Southern California. He has spent the last 25 yrs in Orange County. He has been in the therapy profession for the last 23 yrs. Brian has worked in all clinical settings, but has found his passion in the geriatric population. He also has devoted his time to animal rescue and an active lifestyle.
